Bringing healthcare to you

Mission Statement

Provide medical services to the poor in indigenous remote impoverished counties with inadequate access to health care.
Vision modern medicine and equip medical profession to care for their own communities.

Bringing Healthcare to Your Town

In Haiti, accessing quality medical care is challenging due to economic barriers and lack of adequate medical services, outpatient clinics, and hospitals available in most of the country, especially in the poorer rural regions. In larger cities such as the capital of Haiti, Port au Prince or Cap Haitien, towns are often under gang control who often cause massive destruction in infrastructures including healthcare organizations which causes hospital shutdowns. With telemedicine, HELMT will be able to provide patients with access to qualified medical providers remotely and coordinate care that may not be available nearby in a location closer to patients with the use of the internet and computer systems without the need to travel long distances.
